This training program is a four-day split routine and is designed for anyone who is ready to kick their workout routine up to the next level! Focusing on Strength, Muscular Hypertrophy and Aesthetics.
This Training Program is designed to help with strength, speed and endurance. It consists of 4 training days, active rest day and 2 full rest days.
Each week you will be logging your time, reps, effort.
This training program is for people who don't have access to a gym or just can't make it in that day.
It is designed to help with strength, speed, and endurance all from your home!
The only equipment necessary are Dumbells and/or resistance bands. Kettlebells, sandbag, or other weights can also be utilized but not required.
