ITEM RETURN POLICY
Bullseye Precision has a return policy of 30 days after you receive your order. All returned products must be in their original and unused condition and must be in their original packaging. Perishable products and apparel are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges. We also do not accept returns for the following items: Clothing of any sort, Boots, Gloves, Batteries, Headwear, Body Armor, First Aid or trauma treatment products (including tourniquets or gauzes), or any special order items.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for items returned with no defect, which will be deducted from your refund. Please include the original packing slip with all returns for proof of purchase. We do not refund shipping charges, and shipping costs for all returns are the customer’s responsibility if there is no manufacturers defect. If your merchandise is found to have a legitimate manufacturers defect, your shipping costs will be refunded (Lowest rate ground shipping only), or applied towards your exchange, and there will be no re-stocking fee.
We do not accept returns for any products 30 days after you receive your order.

Clearance items are not eligible for return. Sale items that are returned will only be returned for the original sale price that you paid, plus the standard 20% restocking fee, if a restocking fee applies to your return.
ONLINE COURSES RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of these products we do not offer returns on any online digital product.
COURSE RETURN POLICY
No refunds are available if you cancel within 30 days of the event date. Your tuition can be applied to a future class if you need to postpone 14 Days prior to the event date. There are no refunds or postponements inside of 14 days from the event date.
A 75% refund of tuition is available if you cancel between 30-40 days prior to the event. If you cancel with more than 40 days before the event date, you will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 20% cancellation fee. If you purchased an event prior to a sale, or did not realize there was a sale, we do not offer retro-active discounts for courses, so we will be unable to provide you a refund for the difference. You may not cancel your event and re-sign up to receive a new discount code either.
If you received any free gear or virtual training as part of any promotions at the time of your course signup, and you cancel within an eligible refund period, your refund will not include the price of the gear or virtual training items you received. The retail value of the free items you received will be deducted from your refund.
Package Deals & Group Discounts: Package deals and group discounts are 100% non-refundable, at any time.
Act of God Clause:
If an Act of God causes the cancellation and re-scheduling of an event, such as an earthquake, flood, lightning storm, hurricane, tornado, mudslide, meteor shower, or other natural disaster, the course will be re-scheduled. If course cannot be re-schedule the time frame that works with both parties, attendee’s will be given a voucher to attend their course at your earliest convenience. If an attendee misses the course due to the inability to travel from their location due to an act of God, they will be given a voucher for a future course. This voucher will not expire until customer redeems
COURSE PAYMENT POLICY
When customers request custom courses or discounts, we will send a separate email containing a payment link. This email is separate than the email previously sent that confirms your booking that includes date and time. Customers are to click on the link and pay for the course 72 hours before your class date. This will lock in your time and help our class run smoothly.
You will be notified a day before your 72-hour mark to complete your booking by a customer relations rep. If payment is not received, we are unable to guarantee the time frame you have selected. If you require more time to make your payment, please contact us at casey@bullseye-precision.com so that we can accommodate your needs.
We are no longer taking payments after class has begun or after class. This is so that we are sure every class is run smoothly without taking too much time out of the other students expected needs. If we have a one-on-one class, we will have more flexibility on accepting payments on your class date. Please arrive to your course date 15 minutes before class has begun, so that we are able to confirm your payment and go over waiver forms.
