How we utilize information.

We follow generally accepted standards to store and protect the personal information we collect, both during transmission and once received and stored, including utilization of encryption where appropriate.

The E.U-U.S and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks.
On July 16, 2020, the Court of Justice of the European Union issued a judgment declaring as “invalid” the European Commission’s Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 on the adequacy of the protection provided by the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. As a result of that decision, the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework is no longer a valid mechanism to comply with EU data protection requirements when transferring personal data from the European Union to the United States.

‘Do Not Track’ notifications.

Event Age Requirements
You must be 18 or older, with proper Identification, to attend Pistol I: Fundamentals, Pistol II: Advanced, Carbine I: Fundamentals, Carbine II: Advanced, Home Defense, Combat Casualty Care and CPR AED and Basic First Aid Certification Class. Our Trauma First Aid medical course, 1 on 1 Personal Firearms Training, Basic Firearms Maintenance and Youth Firearms Safety does not have a strict age requirement, but a parent must be present throughout training. You can be denied entry into any of our courses, for any reason, at any time. You agree to never use the skills learned at our events for unlawful activity.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bullseye Precision LLC, its officers, employees and/or suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account or accessing your account via your internet connection and/or IP address.

SHIPPING POLICY
We now ship to most countries outside of the United States. There are a lot of restrictions which you can read about below in the “International Order Restrictions” section.
Orders are processed in our system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the order which they are received. Most products will ship within 48 -72 hours after the order has been placed, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm EST. Most backordered items have a 3-5 week lead time. Please email us for specific lead times on back-ordered products. Bullseye Precision LLC will strive to have your items shipped as fast as possible.
To ensure that you get all of your items in a timely manner, items may be shipped separately. If for some reason one of your items is not in stock or back ordered, your shipment may be delayed. If your back ordered item is not shipped in a timely manner, you may choose to be granted a refund. Customer Service will contact you during processing to review all of the available options.
