Clarissa has worked hard to earn her IFBB Pro card and strives to continue her winning streak. As a hybrid Athlete, she incorporates Power/Strength and Bodybuilding.
Our Professional Fitness Expert carries 5 + years in experience as a Personal Trainer in the DFW area.
Passion for fitness and health is an understatement. She drives to encourage others and empower them to exceed their limits.
As our professional fitness expert, Clarissa loves the opportunity to help and watch our clients push their limits and progress into a greater YOU!
This training program is designed to help with strength, speed, and endurance.
It consists of 4 training days, 1 active rest day and 2 full rest days.
By the end of week 4 you should be able to look back and visibly see the progress you’ve made. Whether it be the numbers on the scale, the way your clothes fit, or even just overall confidence!
This training program is for people who don't have access to a gym or just can't make it in that day.
It is designed to help with strength, speed, and endurance all from your home!
The only equipment necessary are Dumbbells and/or resistance bands. Kettlebells, sandbag, or other weights can also be utilized but not required.
